- Each party is responsible for its own taxes and reporting obligations.
5. Honest endorsement
- A free review copy does not require a post, positive opinion or recommendation.
- The creator may describe personal experience only after actually reading or using the material.
- The creator's opinion must be honest and must not be conditioned on payment or continued participation.
- The creator may not create a fake review, fake testimonial or false statement about customer results.

Every affiliate mention must clearly disclose the material connection in the same language as the content and close to the endorsement, link or code.
- Use the platform's Paid Partnership or equivalent branded-content label when available.
- Also add a clear written or verbal disclosure. An example for English content is:

- diagnoses or treats a medical, developmental or psychological condition,
- guarantees faster, calmer or conflict-free mornings,
- guarantees that parents will stop shouting or that a child will change,
- has customers, results, research or testimonials that Doorway has not documented.
Permitted factual product details currently include a 68-page practical guide for parents of children ages 3 to 8, five break points, a six-question diagnostic, short language and a five-morning test. These details must be checked against the current creator brief before each campaign.
8. Brand and content rights
- Doorway grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use approved logos, product images and supplied copy only to promote the eligible product during active participation.
- The creator keeps ownership of original content.
- Doorway may reshare content organically only with the creator's separate written permission.
- Paid usage, whitelisting, partnership ads, editing rights, exclusivity and usage duration require a separate written agreement.
9. Prohibited conduct
The creator must not use spam, automated unsolicited messages, bought followers or engagement, fake accounts, misleading scarcity, trademark bidding, unauthorized coupon sites or any unlawful or platform-prohibited practice.
10. Monitoring and correction
Doorway may review public affiliate content for disclosure, claim and brand compliance. If a material issue is found, Doorway may request a prompt correction or removal. Doorway will provide a reasonable opportunity to correct a good-faith mistake when appropriate. Serious or repeated violations, fraud or unlawful conduct may lead to immediate suspension, termination and cancellation of ineligible commission.
11. Privacy
The creator should not receive Doorway customer personal data. If personal data sharing becomes necessary, the parties must define roles, purpose, security, retention, deletion and any required data-processing terms before the sharing begins.
Doorway processes creator contact and program data for program administration, attribution, payment, compliance and fraud prevention as described in the applicable privacy notice.
For creators first identified through Shopify Collabs or a public professional profile, Doorway may process the creator's public name, handle, profile URL, public follower range, public business contact route, relevant public content links, program status, communication history and attributed order totals. Sources are Shopify Collabs and the creator's own public professional pages. The purposes are to assess fit, administer the invite-only program, provide and measure affiliate links or codes, make commission payments, prevent fraud and document compliance. The operational legal basis is Doorway's legitimate interest in running and safeguarding the program and, after acceptance, performance of these program terms.
Program data is shared only with Shopify Collabs and service providers needed to run the store, attribution and payouts, or when required by law. Untouched prospect records are reviewed after 90 days and rejected records after 180 days; a minimal suppression record may be retained to honor a do-not-contact request. Creators can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by emailing hello@doorwaymethod.com, and can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency. Doorway's current Privacy Policy provides the controller identity and further contact information.
12. Term and termination
Either party may end participation by written notice. Doorway may change the rate or program terms prospectively with reasonable notice. Qualifying commission earned before termination remains payable subject to refunds, fraud review and Shopify Collabs rules.
13. Independent relationship
The creator participates as an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner or agent authorized to bind Doorway.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law, without limiting mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith by email. If that does not resolve it, the Danish courts have jurisdiction. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Pilot validation still required
- The first accepted creator is used for a controlled order that verifies the 10 percent discount, 40 percent commission base, attribution record, 30-day hold and refund/cancellation clawback before the pilot scales.
- No fixed dollar earnings claim is used before that validation.
- External legal review has not been obtained; the terms must be revised if later advice or platform behavior conflicts with them.
