Where Mornings Break is a PDF ebook delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped or returned.

Voluntary 7-day refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the ebook does not feel useful for your family. This voluntary promise is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. To make a request, use the Contact link on the store and include the email address used for the order and your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal rights

Where applicable law provides a cooling-off period for digital content, that statutory withdrawal right is lost when delivery begins only if you have actively requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right before delivery starts. If the required consent, acknowledgement or confirmation is missing, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Problems with the file

If the download is missing, corrupted, materially different from the description or otherwise not supplied as agreed, contact us through the Contact link on the store. We will investigate and provide a working copy, another appropriate remedy or a refund where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content.
