Terms of service
Effective date: 10 October 2026
1. Seller
The seller is AS Collective, a Danish sole proprietorship, trading as The Doorway Method, CVR 46811542, registered at Ringstedgade 5a, 2100 København Ø, Denmark. Contact: hello@doorwaymethod.com. AS Collective is the merchant of record.
2. Scope
These terms apply when a consumer buys digital content from this store. Mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country are not excluded or reduced.
3. Product
Where Mornings Break is a 68-page PDF ebook for adults caring for children approximately ages 3 to 8. It is educational material, not medical, psychological or diagnostic advice, and it does not promise a particular result.
4. Price, currency and taxes
The price and currency shown at checkout are the amounts charged. Any applicable tax is shown before the order is submitted. The customer can review the total before payment.
5. Order and payment
An order is submitted through Shopify Checkout using the payment methods displayed there. Payment is processed when Shopify confirms the order. An order confirmation is sent to the email address supplied at checkout.
6. Digital delivery
No physical item is shipped. After payment, Shopify Digital Products sends a download link to the email address used at checkout. The current product permits five downloads. If delivery fails, contact hello@doorwaymethod.com.
7. Immediate delivery and statutory withdrawal right
Where applicable law provides a cooling-off period for digital content, immediate delivery begins only after the customer actively requests delivery during that period and acknowledges that the statutory withdrawal right is lost when delivery begins. The confirmation on a durable medium must reproduce that request and acknowledgement. If valid consent, acknowledgement or confirmation is missing, mandatory rights remain unaffected.
8. Voluntary refund
The separate voluntary refund promise and statutory withdrawal rights are described in the Refund and Withdrawal Policy. Nothing in that policy limits mandatory rights relating to defective, unavailable or non-conforming digital content.
9. Defects and support
If the download is missing, corrupted or materially different from its description, contact hello@doorwaymethod.com. We will investigate and provide a working copy, another appropriate remedy or a refund where required by law.
10. Licence and intellectual property
Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to read and use the ebook within the customer’s household. The customer may not resell, publish, upload, distribute, sublicense or commercially exploit the file or substantial parts of it, except where mandatory law permits otherwise.
11. Complaints
Contact hello@doorwaymethod.com first so we can try to resolve the issue. Eligible consumers may also use the competent Danish or cross-border consumer complaint body. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed in 2025 and is not offered as an active complaint route.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Danish law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. The version accepted at purchase applies to that order; later changes do not retroactively reduce existing rights.
