Digital Delivery Policy

This store sells digital products. No physical item will be shipped.

After payment is confirmed, your PDF download link is sent automatically by email. Delivery usually takes a few minutes. The download link permits up to five downloads.

Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct, and check your spam or junk folder if the message does not arrive. You can also access order details through the order status page.

If you have not received a working download link, contact us through the Contact link on the store. We will help restore access or provide another appropriate remedy.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
